- Monitoring, organising and optimising operational procedures in the swimming pool, fitness and sauna areas in accordance with our A-ROSA standards
- Compliance with hygiene and operational safety regulations, and ensuring the necessary water quality in the pools through regular testing
- Preparing stock requisitions for the swimming pool and sauna areas
- Managing staff, including shift planning for the swimming pool and sauna team and our trainees
- Organising and running children’s swimming lessons
- Supervising and carrying out cleaning and maintenance work
- Looking after guests and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Contributing to the team’s development through instruction and training
- Supporting the SPA management with administrative tasks
- A completed qualification as a swimming pool operations assistant (m/f/d) and some initial work experience
- A trainer’s certificate is desirable but not essential
- A Bronze lifeguard certificate and a first aid certificate (both no more than 2 years old) should be held; alternatively, refresher training can be undertaken immediately upon starting work with us (at our expense)
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm that you can convey to our guests, your colleagues and our trainees
- A professional and warm manner
- A genuine focus on guests and service
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A love of working with children and adults
