For the coming seasons, we are looking for an experienced Maintenance Assistant to join our team from December 2026.

- Seasonal employment contract with a job classification and remuneration commensurate with experience and skills, in accordance with the applicable national collective agreement:
- Accommodation, staff canteen and other benefits provided for the group’s employees;
- Laundry and ironing of uniforms paid for by the company.
- Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you will work proactively on the routine and non-routine maintenance of the guest rooms, communal areas and the spa area
- Checks the electrical, plumbing, ventilation and air-conditioning systems, reporting any faults and carrying out minor repairs and maintenance as agreed with the Maintenance Manager
- Ensures the proper maintenance of premises, furnishings and equipment by carrying out painting and carpentry work
- Provides technical support in setting up meeting rooms and during events organised on-site
- Works with external contractors
- Proven experience in the role of at least 1 year, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel
- Diploma or professional qualification as an electrician and/or plumber/heating engineer
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations; possession of valid fire safety and/or first aid training certificates is an advantage
- Good manual dexterity in the use of work equipment and tools
- Ability to quickly identify and report faults, and a proactive approach to resolving minor issues
- Problem-solving skills, precision, reliability and a team-oriented approach
- Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to work shifts, including Sundays and public holidays
- Category B driving licence
