On this two-year apprenticeship, you’ll quickly become a all-rounder in the kitchen.
- You’ll be working in our buffet restaurant
- Whether it’s breakfast or dinner, you’ll delight our guests with the dishes you prepare
- With us, you won’t be hiding away in the kitchen; instead, you’ll learn to interact directly with guests at the live cooking stations
- You’ll gain an insight into food procurement and cost calculation
And if you’re still keen after the two-year apprenticeship, you can complete your training as a chef in a further year.
