Here you can shine
  • You take care of all processes in the area of personnel administration in cooperation with DSR Hotel Holding or the relevant service providers
  • You manage and control the duty rosters in the hotel using the existing system
  • You control the working hours of the entire hotel in compliance with legal regulations
  • New colleagues? You take over applicant management as well as the planning and coordination of onboarding with the respective departments

What sets you apart
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of personnel management, ideally in the hotel industry or other industries
  • Successfully completed commercial training specialising in HR management and/or further training in business administration is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit and absolute discretion
  • Outstanding organisational skills, a structured working style and confident handling of MS Office products
