Here you control the feel-good experience
  • You process incoming mail and daily correspondence
  • You take care of all processes in the area of personnel administration and other administrative tasks that arise
  • You control the duty rosters in the resort using the existing HGC system
  • You control the working hours of the entire resort in compliance with legal regulations
  • New colleagues? You will be responsible for applicant management as well as planning and coordinating onboarding with the relevant departments
  • You are the contact person for all employee concerns
  • You will be responsible for organising employee accommodation and monitoring staff arrivals and departures
  • Ensuring the application of and compliance with legal regulations and official requirements

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and are interested in the hotel industry
  • Experience in the hotel industry would be great, but do you come from a completely different sector? No problem, we are happy to welcome people with a different perspective and pass on our expertise with passion
  • Ideally, you already have professional experience in a comparable position
  • You enjoy working with people a lot
