- Independent preparation, realisation and follow-up of banquet events, e.g. private parties, company celebrations, meetings, conferences etc. for up to 25 people
- Supporting the service management in the preparation, realisation and follow-up of large events and special events for up to 850 people
- Preparation of the necessary mise en place
- Planning the daily beverage orders for events
- Induction and instruction of trainees and temporary staff etc.
- Completed vocational training or corresponding professional experience
- A high degree of quality awareness, service orientation, commitment and reliability
