His realm is breakfast - occasionally the breakfast chef (m/f/d) bakes a cake or tries out a new recipe, but he always takes it easy, because he is a host through and through and is not afraid to have a chat with the guests. Together with the small service crew, he prepares breakfast, prepares the ingredients for HENRI'S legendary evening meal, keeps the kitchen clean and neatly processes the daily orders.
