His realm consists of breakfast - occasionally he bakes a cake or tries out a new recipe. He always takes it easy, because he is a host through and through and is not afraid to have a chat with his guests. Together with the small service crew, he prepares breakfast, prepares the ingredients for HENRI'S legendary evening meal, keeps the kitchen clean and neatly processes the daily orders.

And yes, the kitchen work at HENRI is almost exclusively related to the breakfast service, as the colleagues from reception prepare the evening meal.
