Your tasks
  • You will advise our guests and make personalised recommendations for the food and drinks on offer.
  • You manage your own station and take care of shift accounting.
  • You prepare the mise-en-place in the service area.
  • You support the professional instruction of trainees and employees.
  • You inspire our guests with enthusiasm for the hotel's products and actively offer them.
  • You convey the A-ROSA holiday feeling to guests at all times.
  • If required, you will also support the service teams at the bar and in the event area
Your profile
  • Completed training in a specialised field and/or several years of professional experience in the catering industry
  • A competent and cordial demeanour
  • A sincere guest and service orientation
  • A positive charisma and enthusiasm that you can convey to your guests and colleagues
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • A high level of initiative and sales talent
