- Economic and personnel management of the F&B area in the two hotels: Kurhaus Binz and Ceres am Meer
- Ensuring smooth operations in all gastronomic outlets, the kitchens and the banqueting area in compliance with A-ROSA standards
- Direct and close cooperation with the Cluster Hotel Director
- Participation in the realisation of P&L meetings, forecast and budget processes
- Recording and control of daily F&B sales, as well as monitoring and responsibility for goods purchases
- Participation in the creation of F&B concepts and their smooth implementation in the restaurants
- Supporting the outlet managers in the operational area
- Experience in the F&B sector, ideally having already worked in the role of Operations Manager / Director of F&B
- Knowledge of current trends and exciting developments in the catering and hotel industry in the high-end segment
- Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple exciting projects simultaneously
- Negotiation skills and the ability to build exciting relationships with suppliers
- High customer orientation and the ability to respond to individual needs
- Fluency in German and English
