Your tasks:
- Responsible for a cluster of approx. 4-6 hotels and resorts in the DSR Hotel Holding portfolio
- Optimisation, maximisation and positioning of market share, turnover, occupancy and RevPAR
- Initiation of short, medium and long-term yield and marketing measures in line with market requirements
- Constantly monitoring the market and competitors as well as market trends and incorporating these into daily work
- Preparing the forecast and budget for the Logis division in collaboration with the Director of Revenue Management, Sales and Marketing
- Co-responsible for the expansion and optimisation of the systems for optimal use
- Analysing and evaluating new locations
You bring with you:
- Completed hotel management training and/or studies in the field of hotel / tourism management
- Several years of experience in a comparable position in revenue management in the D-A-CH region
- Affinity for numbers, strategic and cross-departmental thinking skills
- Strong analytical thinking skills as well as persuasiveness and assertiveness
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility, high level of initiative and strong communication skills
- A sense of responsibility and strong leadership skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking and independent action
- Very good Excel skills and knowledge of hotel reservation systems (e.g. PMS, RMS, GDS and forecasting tools)
