- Overall responsibility for the operational process in the restaurant (service, quality, organisation)
- Management, motivation and development of the service team incl. deployment and holiday planning
- Ensuring a cordial, professional guest service and active complaint management
- Implementation of and compliance with service, quality and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Close cooperation with the kitchen, hotel management and other departments
- Responsibility for sales, cost and inventory control
- Carrying out orders, inventories and supplier coordination
- Induction of new employees and organisation of training courses
- Planning and implementation of promotions, events and seasonal offers
- Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements (labour law, hygiene, safety)
- Completed training in the hotel/catering industry or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the catering industry, ideally in a managerial position
- Distinct host mentality and service orientation
- Leadership skills, organisational talent and a sense of responsibility
- Economic thinking and entrepreneurial behaviour
- Ability to work under pressure, flexibility and willingness to work shifts
- Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of English an advantage
