Your tasks:
  • Responsibility for the development and implementation of the IT strategy with a cloud-first approach for our group of companies and all central digitalisation initiatives
  • Management of strategic IT projects in the hospitality sector - e.g. PMS, POS, RMS, CRM, digital check-in
  • Managing and developing a hybrid team of internal IT experts and external service providers
  • Ensuring stable, secure and scalable IT operations at our hotel locations by migrating from on-premise technology to cloud technology
  • Working closely with management and specialist departments on systemic and process-related decisions
  • Managing service providers, responsibility for the IT budget and defining and monitoring relevant KPIs and standards
You bring with you:
  • Several years of experience in an IT management role, ideally in the hospitality or service environment
  • Sound expertise in managing complex IT projects as well as a good understanding of hotel systems (PMS, POS, RMS, CRM, etc.) and cloud systems (Microsoft 365, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.)
  • Strategic thinking combined with entrepreneurial behaviour and the ability to maintain an overview even in day-to-day business
  • Experience in leading and developing teams - both internally and with external partners
  • Strong communication skills, openness to innovation and confident acting at the interface between technology, business and operations
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
