  • Holistic and result-responsible management of your team
  • Support in all front office processes from check-in/check-out to advising our guests and handling any complaints
  • Creation of duty and holiday schedules
  • Technical instruction and continuous training of subordinate employees
  • Completion of administrative tasks
  • Co-operation with other departments, in particular Housekeeping and F&B
  • Ensuring and continuously improving guest satisfaction
What sets you apart
  • Completed training in the hotel industry and several years of professional experience in the front office area, ideally in a managerial position
  • Sound knowledge of hotel management software and MS Office
  • Competent and cordial demeanour towards employees and guests
  • Strong leadership and motivational qualities as well as a high degree of responsibility and quality awareness
  • Fluency in German and English
