- You will be responsible for all HR administration processes in collaboration with DSR Hotel Holding or the relevant service providers
- You will manage and monitor the hotel’s rota using the existing system
- You will monitor working hours across the entire hotel, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
- New colleagues? You’ll handle the recruitment process as well as planning and coordinating onboarding with the relevant departments
- Is an employee leaving? – You’ll prepare and carry out the entire offboarding process
- Several years’ professional experience in human resources management, ideally in the hospitality sector or other industries
- A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship with a focus on human resources management and/or further training in business administration would be an advantage
- Strong communication skills, a team spirit and absolute discretion
- Outstanding organisational skills, a structured approach to work and confidence in using MS Office applications
- The ability to respond flexibly to new challenges
