Responsibilities

The HR Generalist is in charge of:

  • Recruiting and Hiring motivated and skilled staff in compliance with Tourism Labour Law;
  • Planning, monitoring and evaluating Onboarding and Training (mandatory courses like HACCP and Health&Safety, foreign languages classes, customer centricity and managerial training courses);
  • Cooperation in the Payroll processes & personnel administration as well as in the accounting
  • Executing the Human Resources strategy of Hotel "AROSA Lago di Garda
Requirements
  • Quality management skills are needed
  • Accounting: first experience in accounting payroll etc
  • Minimum 2 years work experience preferably at a high-level Hotel in the same role
  • Italian and English confidence are mandatory. German language skills are a plus
  • Proactivity and passion for Talent Acquisition, Training, Careers Development, People Management, Health&Safety and Quality
  • Great attention to details, problem solving, punctuality, proactivity, flexibility and team working skills
  • Legal right to work in Italy.
  • Master degree preferably
