Here you can shine
  • You will conduct professional individual and group training sessions as well as fitness classes in accordance with the SPA-ROSA programme
  • You are responsible for the care and maintenance of the exclusive training rooms and instruct guests on the equipment
  • You will advise our guests on the selection of our programmes and create individual training plans on request
  • You support the supervision of the pool and sauna area and ensure that the pool runs smoothly
  • You organise aqua fitness courses and sauna infusions
  • You regularly check the water values and the pool and sauna temperatures
  • You are actively involved in the planning and realisation of promotions and special events at SPA-ROSA
  • You convey the A-ROSA holiday feeling to our guests at all times
What sets you apart
  • Training or studies in the field of sport/fitness
  • Ideally professional experience in pool supervision
  • DLRG rescue swimming badge or willingness to acquire the licence when starting work
  • Confidence in organising personal and group fitness courses
  • A responsible way of working
  • A positive charisma and enthusiasm
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • A sincere guest and service orientation
  • Knowledge of English
