What sets you apart
- Completed training in the hotel industry and initial professional experience as a receptionist (m/f/d)
- Knowledge of hotel management software and MS Office
- Competent and cordial demeanour towards guests and colleagues
- Sincere guest and service orientation
- Fluency in German and English
