  • Supporting the head chef and deputising in his absence
  • Contributing to the development and realisation of new dishes and menus
  • Responsibility for the professional preparation and presentation of dishes to a high culinary standard
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and hygiene regulations
  • Instructing and training the kitchen team to ensure smooth cooperation and the highest quality
  • Managing and controlling the use of goods and carrying out orders and inventories

  • Completed training as a chef (m/f/d) and several years of professional experience, ideally in a comparable position
