- Coordination of treatment appointments by telephone, e-mail and/or in person
- Responsibility for tidiness and cleanliness throughout the SPA
- Professional handling of complaints management
- Monitoring the wellness and fitness area and ensuring cleanliness in the areas
- Close cooperation with the housekeeping, technical and front office departments
- Preparation and follow-up of the SPA treatment rooms
- Completed training in the hotel industry or in the wellness / cosmetics sector
- Several years of experience in a comparable position
- Affinity for wellness, SPA products and massage treatments
- Very good IT skills in MS Office and preferably also
- Very good knowledge of German and English (other foreign languages an advantage)
