Here you can shine
  • Support in the planning and coordination of events such as conferences, seminars, meetings, incentives, gala dinners, family celebrations and weddings
  • You will be in direct contact with customers and guests before, during and after the event
  • You will assist with the preparation of offers and contracts, help coordinate customer and guest requests with the operational departments and help to optimally plan the utilisation of the event rooms
  • You will support the team on site in looking after our customers and guests and gain insights into the operational realisation of events
  • You will help with the preparation and checking of invoicing documents after the events and thus support correct processing
What sets you apart
  • You are currently studying in the event / tourism / hotel industry or similar fields
  • Organisational talent, you convince in your work through creativity and flexibility
  • A positive charisma, you can sell yourself charmingly and never lose sight of customer and guest wishes
  • Solid user knowledge of the usual Office applications and initial experience with hotel management software such as Protel are desirable but not a must
  • Openness and strong communication skills, you enjoy working with other people
