- You are a passionate host
- Work in the early and late shift at reception (and in exceptional cases in the night shift)
- Ensuring the best possible guest service
- Induction of new trainees and interns
- Active support with all processes at reception as well as taking on general front office tasks with the Protel programme
- Handling complaints and claims and treating them confidentially
- Shared responsibility for compliance with credit guidelines
- Enthusiasm of the guests for the products of the house
What sets you apart
- Completed training as a hotel specialist (m/f/d) and/or relevant professional experience
- A competent and cordial demeanour
- A positive charisma and enthusiasm that you can convey to your guests and colleagues
- A high level of initiative and sales talent
- Communication and teamwork skills
- A sincere guest and service orientation
- Good knowledge of English
