Your tasks
  • You are a passionate host
  • Work in the early and late shift at reception (and in exceptional cases in the night shift)
  • Ensuring the best possible guest service
  • Induction of new trainees and interns
  • Active support with all processes at reception as well as taking on general front office tasks with the Protel programme
  • Handling complaints and claims and treating them confidentially
  • Shared responsibility for compliance with credit guidelines
  • Enthusiasm of the guests for the products of the house
Your profile
  • Completed training as a hotel specialist (m/f/d) and/or relevant professional experience
  • A competent and cordial demeanour
  • A positive charisma and enthusiasm that you can convey to your guests and colleagues
  • A high level of initiative and sales talent
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • A sincere guest and service orientation
  • Good knowledge of English
