During this three-year training programme, you’ll gain in-depth insights into day-to-day life in the kitchen.

- With us, you won’t be hiding away in the kitchen; instead, you’ll learn, right at the live-cooking
- stations, you’ll learn right away how to interact directly with guests
- You’ll gain an insight into purchasing, food costing and kitchen administration
