Your tasks
  • You manage and run the bar and its areas and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
  • You create an informal and inviting atmosphere in all bar areas.
  • You organise your own team in front of and behind the bar.
  • You enjoy actively incorporating new trends and ideas when developing the bar menu from classic drinks and cocktails.
  • You create and adapt the bar menu according to seasonal changes.
  • You coordinate the offer with the hotel's activities and entertainment programme.
  • You are responsible for the organisation, planning and implementation of events and banquets at the bar.
  • You will be responsible for quality control and cost management in line with A-ROSA standards.
  • You are responsible for the professional instruction, assessment and development of your employees and trainees.
  • You are responsible for the duty roster and holiday planning of your team.
Your profile
  • Completed training in the hotel or catering industry and relevant work experience at the bar
  • Enjoy keeping up to date with new cocktail trends on the market
  • A positive charisma and enthusiasm that you can convey to your guests, colleagues and employees
  • A high level of expertise that you can pass on to your team
  • A sincere guest and service orientation
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Creativity and cost awareness
  • Good knowledge of German and English
