- Ensuring a smooth service flow and guest care in the lounge, in the bar and on Hamburg's most beautiful outdoor terrace - the Lindenterrasse
- Creating duty and holiday schedules
- Realisation of the Hotel Louis C. Jacob bar concept in our hotel, developing your own creative ideas together with our central F&B area with regard to a high-quality bar concept
- Induction of trainees and new employees at the bar
- Carrying out regular training courses for permanent employees and trainees
- High level of flexibility and commitment
- Ability to work independently and a confident demeanour
- Implementation of revenue-orientated sales
- Support in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Monitoring compliance with quality and hygiene standards in accordance with HACCP guidelines
- You have completed training in the catering or hotel industry and have relevant professional experience.
- You have initial management experience in the catering industry.
- You have good manners and the ability to work in a team.
