Or bacon, scrambled eggs, muesli… whatever the case, the breakfast server (m/f/d) has everything under control: from keeping an eye on the buffet to serving guests – despite the early hour – even minor preparatory tasks in the kitchen are no problem, and on top of that there’s always time for a lively natter with the guests, because at HENRI, all our hosts make guests feel as welcome as if they were visiting good friends at home. And yes, at HENRI, ‘service’ really does refer exclusively to breakfast.
