  • Close collaboration with the Sous Chef and the Executive Chef
  • High-quality preparation and presentation of dishes in compliance with our standards
  • Preparation of the MEP for lunch / dinner service
  • Responsible for a smooth service process
  • Ensuring and monitoring quality standards and hygiene regulations in accordance with HACCP
  • Management of your own post (Gardemanger, Entremetiere, Saucier)
  • Control of the inventory
  • Supporting the kitchen brigade in all tasks that arise
What sets you apart
  • Completed training as a chef, ideally in the holiday hotel industry / upscale hotel industry
  • Relevant experience in comparable positions
  • Creativity and manual dexterity
  • Passion for hospitality and attention to detail
  • Expertise in food and spices
  • Experience in fine dining, à la carte area
