Seasonal employment contract with a role and remuneration commensurate with experience and skills, in accordance with the applicable national collective agreement;

To manage the kitchen operations, reporting to the General Manager and the Corporate Chef, ensuring the department is run correctly, efficiently and sustainably, whilst delivering a high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
To develop menus in collaboration with the Corporate Chef, identify and source the necessary ingredients, manage food supplies, monitor stock levels and the larder, and keep track of costs.
Prepare dishes and supervise the kitchen team in the preparation of all lines, ensuring that the standards set by the hotel and the applicable regulations regarding hygiene, HACCP, health and safety at work and environmental sustainability are adhered to in the kitchen.
Manage the kitchen staff correctly in accordance with the provisions of the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL), establishing shifts that optimise working hours, collaborating with the General Manager and Human Resources Management on the required administrative tasks, and ensuring the training and development of each member of the kitchen team.
At least 3 years’ proven experience in this role, in 5-star hotels;
Leadership and the ability to motivate the team, organisational skills and problem-solving, and a focus on quality;
Fluency in Italian and a good knowledge of English; knowledge of German is an advantage;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software;
Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to work at weekends or on public holidays, if necessary.
