- supports our catering management in the economic and personnel management of the catering area with approx. 70 employees.
- Ensure smooth operations in all F&B outlets and the banqueting area and provide active support.
- take measures to comply with the current budget/forecast and are jointly responsible for the realisation of the company targets.

- support personnel development and promotion in the F&B area.

- ensure optimal staff deployment planning in all departments of the division.
- Completed catering training and/or a degree (specialising in business administration or hotel management) as well as several years of professional and initial management experience
