- You’ll contribute your own creative ideas regarding conceptual development and service procedures.
- You’ll be responsible for ensuring everything runs smoothly across all F&B outlets and, together with your team, you’ll go the extra mile for our guests.
- Together with the F&B outlet managers, you’ll motivate your team to deliver their best every day.
- You’ll keep a close eye on the budget and ensure that budgeted turnover targets are met.
- Management experience in an equivalent role.
- A reliable, responsible and independent approach to work.
- A positive demeanour and a communicative personality.
- A hands-on approach, creativity and a focus on finding solutions.
- A high level of professional expertise, which you are keen to pass on to your team.
