  • Planning, preparation and attractive presentation of the lunchtime snack
  • Preparation and attractive presentation of dishes
  • Checking and adhering to quality standards
  • Determining requirements and ordering food
  • Checking incoming goods, storage and stocktaking
  • Ensuring economical use of goods and assisting with costing and offer planning
  • Technical guidance and coordination of employees in early service
  • Induction of new employees and trainees
  • Implementing and monitoring HACCP guidelines
  • Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness in the entire kitchen area
  • Compliance with all legal regulations in the food sector
What sets you apart
  • Completed training as a chef or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in the breakfast area or in a managerial position an advantage
  • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food hygiene
  • Strong organisational skills and a structured way of working
  • Leadership skills and ability to work in a team
  • High quality and service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly
