Your tasks
  • You will provide professional guidance and leadership to the CARLS service team
  • You ensure compliance with the service standards
  • You work actively as a host in the service department
  • You advise our guests and make individual recommendations for the food and beverage offers
  • You take care of the training and further development of the service team in consultation with the F&B management
  • You support the F&B management with tasks and projects assigned to you
  • You implement trend developments and F&B campaigns together with the CARLS team
  • You convey the A-ROSA holiday feeling to guests at all times
Your profile
  • Completed training and several years of professional experience in the hotel and catering industry
  • Ideally good knowledge of wine
  • A positive charisma and enthusiasm that you can convey to guests and colleagues
  • A high level of expertise that you are happy to pass on
  • Goal-orientated and responsible way of working
  • Organisational talent and a pronounced awareness of quality
  • A sincere guest and service orientation
  • High level of initiative and sales talent
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Good knowledge of English
