The Baltic Sea is unique in many ways - including the uniquely beautiful panorama surrounding our popular Giardino restaurant. Simply the perfect setting for a culinary temptation! The view of the wonderful park with beech trees swaying in the wind, the rose beds and the sunbathing lawn is hard to beat - if it weren't for the cuisine. Our guests are always delighted with the large selection of breakfast specialities, the choice of cakes and tarts in the afternoon and, of course, the culinary journey in the evening. As we are now bidding farewell to our restaurant manager on her well-deserved retirement, we are now looking for an ambitious successor with a strong host mentality. The restaurant (120 seats + 70 seats on the terrace) welcomes guests in a contemporary design with a conservatory, terrace and view of the parkland.

  • You work closely with the management and the F&B manager.
  • Thanks to your professional experience as a sommelier, you will inspire our guests with professional wine advice.
  • You lead your team with assertiveness and sensitivity and always have an open ear for your colleagues.
  • You are a passionate host, have style and are creative.
  • You actively participate in the design of menus and F&B campaigns.
  • You love contact with guests and are a communicative type.
  • You are familiar with the words effective rostering, cost control and optimisation.
  • Excellent language skills in German (at least B2)
