- Providing guidance and motivation to the chambermaids to ensure they work efficiently and to a high standard
- Support with day-to-day work
- Checking cleaned rooms and public areas
- Proper handling of lost property
- Forwarding repair requests
- Organising the floor office and work materials
- Compliance with all safety and hygiene standards
- Work experience in housekeeping
- Good command of German; Hungarian would be an advantage
- A desire to take on responsibility and the ability to motivate a team
- An eye for detail and high standards of quality
- A calm and organised approach to work
- A positive attitude and a guest-focused manner
