As the representative personality of our restaurant, you welcome our guests warmly and are always their first point of contact. With your charming and professional manner, you create an unforgettable atmosphere. You ensure that every visit - be it breakfast, lunch or dinner - is a highlight for our guests.

  • You will be responsible for the organisation and efficient management of the entire service process during the various service times
  • At the same time, you will also provide operational support - you will welcome guests and, if necessary, actively participate in evening service
  • You are the linchpin between the restaurant and the kitchen - by working closely with our kitchen team, you ensure that every course is perfectly prepared and served at the optimum time
  • As a leader, you are a role model for your team and inspire with your passion for first-class service You motivate, encourage and develop your employees so that they continuously achieve new standards
  • You take on the induction of new employees and teach them our demanding service and quality standards. Through regular training and workshops, you will ensure that your team continues to develop.
  • Your responsibility includes structured duty and holiday planning for the entire restaurant team. You will ensure that there are always enough qualified employees on site
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining the inventory of all beverages, including the wine cellar

  • Several years of experience in upscale catering, ideally in a management position

  • Distinctive hospitality and an excellent feel for the needs of discerning guests

  • High level of service orientation, coupled with a professional and confident demeanour

  • Proven experience in leading and motivating a team at the highest level

  • Sound knowledge of working with the kitchen and organising complex service processes

  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, coupled with a high willingness to work changing shifts
