Your workplace

In the various catering establishments in our hotel, you can enjoy fantastic views of the beach and the vast sea. A small team works in our cosy wine bar and spoils our guests a la carte. The distances are short and in addition to our own hotel guests, we also welcome visitors from Warnemünde.

Main tasks:

  • You advise our guests and always have the right wine recommendation
  • You take over the food and beverage service, also for small events
  • You will be responsible for handling our cash register system
  • You ensure a convivial atmosphere
  • You accompany the training of trainees in the a-la carte area
What you bring with you
  • You are a host at heart and a friendly word is a matter of course for you
  • Ideally, you have completed training as a restaurant specialist or similar and have gained initial professional experience in a la carte dining
  • You have a good knowledge of wines and Mediterranean cuisine
  • You are a real team player
  • You have a good command of German
  • Good manners and a well-groomed appearance round off your profile
