  • Management of the restaurant team at Hotel Badeschloss
  • Creation of duty rosters, holiday plans in close coordination with the Operation Manager and Cluster Bar Manager
  • Implementation and control of a smooth service process in the restaurants (breakfast / dinner) and fireplace lounge
  • Active participation in day-to-day operations
What you bring with you
  • Completed training as a hotel manager and/or comparable further training in the F&B sector
  • Several years of experience in the position of restaurant manager or deputy restaurant manager in the holiday hotel industry / upscale hotel industry
  • Service-orientated, hospitable and communicative
  • You are a host at heart and always two steps ahead
