Your tasks. You...
  • inspire people with your knowledge, commitment and passion for our hotel brands A-ROSA Resorts, aja Resorts, HENRI Hotels and the Hotel Louis C. Jacob
  • acquire new customers and manage national revenue drivers and key accounts in the corporate business, MICE and agency segments as well as the existing customer base
  • are responsible for sales promotion through telemarketing and independently plan and organise sales trips and customer events
  • develop sales ideas to revitalise periods of low occupancy in coordination with the Director of Sales
  • represent the A-ROSA Resorts, aja Resorts, the HENRI Hotels and the Louis C. Jacob Hotel
  • take over the organisation and support of trade fairs at home and abroad
  • constantly monitor our market and competitors
  • prepare reports/sales reports and report directly to the Director of Sales at DSR Hotel Holding
  • Carry out administrative tasks
You bring with you:
  • Completed training and/or studies in the hotel or tourism industry as well as professional experience in a comparable position
  • You are a passionate service provider: with strong communication skills, a professional demeanour and an honest interest in your customers' wishes, you are not just a salesperson for them, but above all a person of trust
  • You have a passion for the various hotel brands of DSR Hotel Holding, which you infect other people with, and you have in-depth knowledge of the market
  • You want to surpass yourself: clear objectives, an independent way of working and ambition are the key to your success
  • Ideally, you have contacts with travel managers, event & incentive agencies and companies with MICE potential as well as business travel agencies in the Hamburg market
  • A convincing and competent sales personality with a confident manner and negotiating skills
  • An independent, goal-orientated and structured way of working
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of common MS Office applications and an affinity for numbers
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • A class B driving licence
