- Responsibility for order, cleanliness and a well-maintained appearance of the bar area
- Preparing for and following up on daily bar operations, including mise en place
- Assisting with the preparation of cocktails and other drinks
This is a fixed-term position from May to October 2027 inclusive
- Sales skills and a passion for working with guests
- Practical experience in customer service and/or training in the hotel and catering industry
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm that you can convey to your guests and colleagues
- Good communication and teamwork skills
