Your contribution to guest happiness
  • Daily preparation of the mise en place
  • Production of meals in the hot + cold kitchen for the restaurant
  • Checking the inventory and clearing the delivery
  • Preparation of various national and international dishes
  • Active participation in the daily workflow in the kitchen
  • Tidiness and assistance in the entire kitchen area
  • Support in the realisation of tasks and goals
  • Compliance with and implementation of hygiene standards according to HACCP
This will take you to the top with us
  • Professional experience in a comparable position or at least 2 years' experience as a chef de partie
  • Fun and enjoy working even in stressful situations
  • You are familiar with hygiene and HACCP requirements
  • Control of other positions in collaboration with the sous chef and head chef
  • Confident handling of the usual MS Office programmes
  • Creating new dishes and ideas with the whole team
  • Ordering in the absence of the head chef
  • You will fully contribute to a new, young, creative, motivated kitchen team and
  • are a reliable and flexible crew member, responsible and act as a role model
