- Responsibility for smooth operational and administrative processes in the aja SPA and wellness area

- Coordinating appointments, welcoming our guests and supporting them with expert advice

- Responsibility for adhering to the budget and preparing statistics and reports
- Organising workshops and special events to ensure good capacity utilisation in your area
- You have successfully completed training in the field of cosmetics / beauty and wellness as well as relevant professional experience in comparable positions
- Ideally experience in the holiday and holiday hotel industry
- Business management skills and sound knowledge of the industry
- You are familiar with Word, Excel and Outlook, ideally you have experience with TAC software
- You work in a solution-orientated and innovative manner with a consistently high level of quality awareness
- You are also interested in wellness, health, sport and well-being outside of work
- You support your colleagues and show full commitment
- With your discretion and sensitivity, every guest can feel at ease
