- To carry out the beauty treatments provided by the wellness centre;
- Promote and sell the products and services offered by the wellness centre, in line with your certified qualifications;
- Carefully monitor the products and services on offer and assess them in terms of quality and customer satisfaction;
- Manage customer reception, from answering the telephone to deal with enquiries and booking requests, to booking appointments and organising them efficiently in the diary;
- Liaise regularly with customers to resolve any issues or problems, and promptly inform your manager of these;
- Maintain the wellness centre’s facilities (keeping communal areas, pool loungers and treatment rooms tidy), ensuring they are tidied up promptly where necessary;
- Support your line manager in defining, reviewing and implementing operational strategies aimed at optimising the wellness centre (offering wellness packages, massages, ‘seasonal’ treatments, etc.);
- Inform guests about all the services offered by the facility;
- Esperienza maturata in ambito wellness / spa alberghiere / centri estetici;
- Buona conoscenza di cosmetologia, anatomia, fisiologia, chimica, dermatologia, massaggio estetico;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Attitudine al Lavoro di Gruppo;
- Attitudine all'ordine, alla precisione ed all'accuratezza;
- Attitudine al problem solving e resistenza allo stress;
- Availability, flessibilità/adattabilità;
