- You supervise the bathing world, the sauna house and ensure the smooth operation of our seaside resort

- Completed training as a pool attendant (m/f/d) or bronze level lifeguard (not older than 2 years) is an advantage
- Willingness to complete lifeguard training immediately after starting work (at our expense)
- A positive charisma and enthusiasm that you can convey to our guests, your colleagues and our trainees
- First aid licence (not mandatory, can be obtained from us)
- A competent and cordial demeanour
- A sincere guest and service orientation
- Communication and teamwork skills
