In other words:
- Setting up and clearing away the snack bar, which runs from Monday to Sunday, 5 pm to 7 pm
- Preparing and ensuring the bar is attractively presented
- Actively promoting drinks at the bar
- Advising and looking after our guests
- Ensuring a clean, welcoming and tidy guest area
- Compliance with existing hygiene regulations for the kitchen and service area
