Your future tasks:
  • You prepare the transactions for the accounting department and check the daily financial statements
  • You take care of all processes in the area of personnel administration in cooperation with aja Resort und Hotel GmbH, DSR Hotel Holding or the corresponding service providers
  • You manage and control the duty rosters in the resort with the existing system
  • You control the working hours of the entire resort in compliance with legal regulations
  • New colleagues? You take over applicant management as well as the planning and coordination of onboarding with the respective departments
  • You provide employees with the aja clothing - if necessary, you reorder from our service provider
  • You prepare the booking of employee catering
  • You take over the training and travel coordination of colleagues
  • Ensuring the application of and compliance with legal regulations and official requirements
You bring with you:
  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and are interested in the hotel industry
  • Experience in the hotel industry would be great, but do you come from a completely different sector? No problem, we are happy to welcome people with a different perspective and pass on our expertise with passion
  • Ideally, you already have professional experience in a comparable position
  • You enjoy working with people a lot
