Your tasks
  • Sales and planning of events
  • Preparation of offers, contracts and function sheets
  • Carrying out telephone and personal customer appointments
  • Preparation and follow-up of events
  • Receiving reservations and confirming them for Jacobs Restaurant
  • Operational support for events in the hotel during the day (conferences, funerals, Rotary)
Your profile
  • Completed training as a hotel specialist, hotel clerk, event specialist or corresponding professional experience in event sales would be desirable
  • Ability to be a competent and charming host
  • Organisational and sales skills
  • An efficient, independent and reliable way of working
  • Organisational talent, ability to work in a team and a sense of responsibility
  • Motivation, commitment and passion for proactive sales
  • A sense of responsibility and quality awareness for the individual wishes of our guests
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Protel
