Your tasks
  • Management of the breakfast service
  • Organisation of the entire breakfast process
  • Preparation of duty rosters
  • Active cooperation, including preparation and follow-up of breakfast
  • Service to guests
  • Responsibility for a good working atmosphere and the commitment of the team
  • Maintaining cleanliness and order in the restaurant (HACCP)
  • Independent coordination of the department
  • Guidance of trainees
  • Interdepartmental agreements
Your profile
  • (Management) experience in an equivalent position
  • A reliable, responsible and motivating way of working
  • A positive charisma and a communicative personality
  • Hands-on mentality and solution-orientation
  • A high level of expertise that you are happy to pass on to your team
