  • Navigate your team through the daily challenges
  • Work in a modern show kitchen with a kitchen team with flat hierarchies
  • Assign the daily tasks and priorities to the team members
  • Are responsible for employee management and development
  • Constantly optimise the work processes in the assigned positions
  • Ensure proper product storage and cold store control
  • Check incoming goods for quality and quantity with expertise
  • Are responsible for adhering to the budgeted food costs
  • Process and prepare the food on the items
  • Enjoy keeping up to date with new trends on the market and actively incorporating these into the planning, recipe and development of new dishes

  • Completed training as a chef and relevant professional experience
