Your tasks:
  • You will be responsible for acquiring new customers by phone and generating sales leads
  • With individual and personalised advice and support, you win customers in the long term and continuously expand our portfolio of existing customers
  • You keep a close eye on the market and constantly recognise new customer potential
  • Your internal interfaces include the MICE event team and our customer centre team, with whom you process customer orders together
  • You will support your customers in close cooperation with the MICE Event department, Regional Sales and the Director of Sales to ensure the successful realisation of offers and orders through to successful completion
  • You maintain customer data in our CRM and PMS system and process incoming customer enquiries
  • You actively recommend current offers to our customers and are characterised by proactive customer management
You bring with you:
  • You ideally have initial professional experience in telephone sales - ideally in a B2B environment
  • You enjoy professional telesales outbound for hotel services
  • You are determined and want to determine your personal success through your own performance
  • Sales talent, strong communication skills and enthusiasm are desirable
